Camps begin at 8:00am and finish at 11:00am. Although the camps are physically and mentally challenging, recovery is built into them affording clients plenty of time and energy to enjoy the beach or many of the other activities of the Gulf Coast.

What to Bring

  • Goggles
  • Swimwear (optional t-shirt and board shorts for extra coverage)
  • Towel
  • Wetsuit if you think you may get cold.
